  • There's no reason to get rid of the Pin behavior, it offers several features a hierarchy does not.

  • Instead of creating everything at once you could create things when they would come in to view.

  • That would mean that your version of what ever you are using doesn't support WebGL most likely.

  • Yeah. And it doesn't have to be just one person curating it.

Although whom ever does, would need to be very well versed in C3.

At least someone with intimate knowledge of the sdk.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Just do the HTML5 export.

  • I've noticed that the bug reports get a lot of requests that technically aren't bugs.

Perhaps the feature requests should be handled in a similar manner.

Someone has an idea, submits it, then a "curator" evaluates it and either puts it in a todo list or in a todon't list. Similar requests get put together. The todo list gets voted on by necessity rather than popularity.

The idea being that you can deal with the requests in a timely manor while not overloading the development.

  • Voting for suggestions doesn't work.

Voting works for features you know you can implement, and just don't know which order to do so. As long as they aren't "socially engineered" votes.

I know you don't like roadmaps, but we have game developers, and addon developers that are afraid to make things because of this.

  • You have to add an object with a z before the option shows up.

Ashley what if someone only doesn't do anything 3d related in the editor, but needs this feature at runtime?

  • Tell ya what. How about you take up a collection to pay back all the people that actually paid for Construct 2 then we'll talk?

No. The products compete against each other in that scenario.

If you are unwilling, or un able to support the development of Construct you should seek out another development platform.

  • I think the plug needs a great deal of adjustment for most of the features, and I certainly don't want to reverse engineer it.

It's not had a lot of debugging, but I suspect that will change with the new 3d stuff.

  • Well the example has antialiasing off, so that could be it.

If you turn it on, it will break the timing however.

Its not made for this kind of rendering.
