The bar has way too much wasted space, and extraneous information as well. It could use some simplifications.
Plus clicking on an item in the box, removes the selection from the box.

It depends on the size, but individual frames is by far the easiest.
If its just a tiled background just stick it on a 0 parallax layer and scroll the tiled bg's x, and y offset.
If you stretch a cube like a wall you can put a tiled bg as the face.
Or billboard one...

Twitter does not like the default export of Animate's mp4.
Had to use one of those online converters.
We have always had inline conditionals. You can chain them as much as you like.
You see one layout at a time.
You can see multiple layers. You can scale layers separately.
