I pretty much just want something for the title screen though... since I think music during the game may get repetative and annoying. All the other tank/worms games don't have music while you are playing. I was going to use some ambient effects or something... but if you can make some cool super-ambient music I would consider using that... but, for the title screen make pretty much whatever you want!

Just try to make it along the theme of the games graphics... dark and gloomy and firey and cyberpunk-like... you know? All the good stuff

Portal was incredibly short, but it was still worth it BECAUSE it was sooooo replayable.

Games that have high replay value are considered (by me at least) to be a longer game...

And, the characters are only as "zany" as you make them. You can have a quite serious looking character, or you can make them as stupid as humanly possible.

Also, GTA 4 really did suck in comparision, apart from the graphics. I didn't dislike GTA 4, but SR2 is definately a much better game all-round. The main thing that pissed me off the most about GTA 4 was having to entertain your borther and girlfriend etc every 5 seconds... though, driving while drunk was easily the coolest and most fun thing EVER in a "GTA style game".

Wow neat program... this will solve the issue with having to bundle all the VBruntime files with Construct made games, or trying to get the victim, I mean player, to install the runtime library.

After playing through GTA IV that game looks rather sterile.

On the contrary. This game kills gta 4. Graphics arent quite as nice as gta but gameplay is superior... Plus more stuff to do and way better missions. Also you can do up cars and you dont lose them if they blow up or whatever. Clothing is a cool feature too so you dress up your character.

If you liked gta 4 then chances are you will love saints row 2.

with the last of the driving bugs finally ironed out... Implementing weapons shouldn't be too far off. Was hoping to have started already but a major problem was found and it took all of last night to find a solution. I should be home within the hour so ill probably see you guys in chat.
