  • Hi austin . I need your advice. My game Bobo Jump, still shows as "landscape" in the webapp file even though I changed it to portrait and click update. Since my game is in portrait mode I cant submit or distribute it in Firefox market due to wrong orientation.

    What do I need to do ?

  • lucid .Nope. But I was wondering if anybody faced any issues about hosting their game on a gaming portal. If nobody complains about this, then it is good news.

  • Guys, btw any of you experience any problem when hosting your game to any of the game portals when using Spriter for animation in your game ?

    How about other platforms ? Firefox OS ? Tizen ?

    Some mime issues ?

  • It is good news , but the problem is we dont know the timeline from ludei. They could even maybe release next update in 6 months... So we have to wait and see.

    No need to do anything. The Fullscreen will have their own "X" button to close. You just need to Use the CocoonJS plugin to show the the fullscreen ads. Before that make sure you Preload the Fullscreen ads first maybe at the start of the game.

  • Actually I got the admob banner working, for the full screen interstitial banner there is a bug for refresh fullscreen in CocoonJS plugin that Ashley will fix in next build. Already report it to Ashley.

    My game is using CocoonJS with banner and interstitial ads and clay.io plugins.

    The banner might not show immediately or even not showing at all.

    Maybe backup original file and try using the latest beta ?

  • Yes. I just compiled the game few days ago using latest CocoonJS cloud compiler (1.4.3).

    Please download the latest ClayIO plugins (Ads and Main)

    Even though the website said version 0.4.12 . It is actually version 0.4.13 or something. They didnt update the release notes.

  • Yup. I`ve implemented Tweet, Leaderboards and facebook in cocoonjs using Clay.io plugins.

    but I do noticed that sometimes that the api is a bit slow. Meaning that the games is already started few seconds but the connection to Clay.io or "Clay.io is ready" status is not ready.

    If you tried my game, you will noticed that sometimes the Clay.io buttons (FB,Tweet and leaderboard) might not be visible.

  • I have just released my second game. Bobo Jump.

    This game is developed using Construct 2. The assets is made using Inkscape. I learn alot when developing this game. Now I've released it to Google Play store and also available for game sponsorship.

    Just uploaded my first construct 2 game and uploaded to Scirra Arcade. However when I tried to submit to Appbackr it shows this error

    Error creating appbackr user. Email address already registered.

    I didnt register my email or open account at appbackr yet. So I dont know why I got this error.

    Expected result:

    Should be ok. I tested with only Refresh Banner Ad, its working fine. So either a bug with CocoonJS Refresh Fullscreen or something else.

    This happen in browser and also in CocoonJS launcher.
