Cant submit to appbackr

Hi Tom appbackr

Just uploaded my first construct 2 game and uploaded to Scirra Arcade. However when I tried to submit to Appbackr it shows this error

Error creating appbackr user. Email address already registered.

I didnt register my email or open account at appbackr yet. So I dont know why I got this error.

We'll look into this on our end. In the meantime, you can go ahead and register on Tizen as a Seller here: seller.tizenstore.com/login/signIn.as

That will save a step later for you.

So, I was registering my account on Tizen and I was asked to confirm my email to complete the step 2, but my anti-virus (kaspersky) detected a phishing attempt. Is it really safe to proceed or you guys are experiencing some kind of a problem?

I'm not clear on what is required to submit our apps to Tizen through AppBackr.

1. I already have a Tizen dev account.

2. I already have a AppBackr account.

3. I have a C2 personal licence and Scirra login.

When it came to submit our app via the C2 export we were asked register. However, we weren't sure which login to use. When we submit through Scirra do we need the other user accounts or not?

You don't need your appbackr account. You do need your Tizen seller account for the final step, to post the app in the Tizen Store.

I think most of us are interested in Scirra+appbackr=$250 income combo.

Is it still on ? If we just submit to Tizen, do we still eligible for the $250 revenue ?

Just to clarify. You are only eligible for the $250 after you add your app to the Tizen Store. The steps to take are:

Get your app scored on appbackr from the Scira page

Wait to receive your score and cash incentive. If the app does not pass, you'll receive feedback telling you how the app needs to be changed.

When your app gets a passing appscore, we will send you the app re-packaged for Tizen.

Sign up as a seller on the Tizen Store and add the app at seller.tizenstore.com.

When you receive the confirmation from Tizen that the app is approved, we will arrange for payment.
