  • Its Text...the text doesn't appear sharp, rather it gets blurred in the exported app that runs on iPad.

  • I partly disagree Tarkion. The tutorials and search should be a new users first friend. If somebody doesn't even make the attempt, then why should anybody else lose their own time in providing help, when the person in question won't make an attempt to help themselves.

    Of course, whether the tutorials or manuals could be better designed for newer players is another question.

    I agree Aurora Australis but once the new member has begin whit tutorials and the manual, the forums are the spirit of the community, the site where you can learn from other users more with more experience... It is a pity the experienced users do not give an opportunity because some lazy new users...

  • It is important know that all people that begin in C2 can need help. The forums are the most important tool the beginners have. Really you can be tired because some people do not read the manual, tutorials or use the search utilities, but I think is important the people with experience working with C2 can help to other once in a way which is not possible whit the normal manuals...

  • I'm not helping as much as I expect others aren't either because so many new folks joining and all of them not bothering to do the example games or even read the manual. They all want a capx of what they want to do, and aren't interested in

    1)Reading the manual

    2)Searching a tutoral

    3)Just going through the awesome examples that ships out with c2

    Seriously, hit new in construct2 and see the HUGE amount of templates, games, demos. Its all there.

    Point being, feeling a little tired

    Also, I'm sure the veterans are hard at work with awesome games...

    Anyway I'll try to help if I can, because I am very new in C2 and my english is very poor. I will try to help when I take a break in my current game

  • Hate to sound like an ass as always seems to happen, but I notice these threads usually wind up revealing the need for better game logic.

    Perhaps whats needed is some sort of program that teaches how to do events properly. Something complete with site badges and all.

    I like how sound it...

    Anyway I think really that a lot of nice performance and pulish is due the good job you code with C2... I love C2 and how works, but I think the editor is able to improve with integrate tutor or help when you are coding...

    Currently something is seriously wrong with the layout. I think it's kind of liquid layout, and on my second 3:4 monitor all the elements are displaced (in forum home and sub-categories).

    Same in my iPad 2
