  nemo ahh, yeah, I don't think it works if you have layers with a scale rate other than 1.

  nemo It changes the layout scale and canvas size while using 'low quality' fullscreen scaling. Currently it doesn't work for preset resolutions higher than the 'base' window size (i.e. layout scale of 1, in Airscape that's 1366*768) but other than that it seems to work pretty well.

  It's pretty simple to do, just set your layout scale to 'NewCanvasWIdth / OriginalCanvasWidth'

  This is almost certainly a scam, at the very least it's not what it says it is.

  You can pay $30 to have access to these 'tools', without knowing anything about them at all.

  Check out their 'latest reservations' scrolling thing. They've just given one or two default stereotypical names to each country (except the U.S. where they randomly sample all names) and have them scroll across at a constant rate. Pretty hilarious actually.

  Have a look - everyone from Australia is called 'Nathan', everyone from Saudi Arabia is 'Ahmed' etc.

  This is really great actually, I'm enjoying this

  EDIT: Check out their twitter, it's full of people demanding refunds for what appears to be 'nothing but thin air'.

  Rushino I don't think you NEED the API to export to steam, but you won't get achievements etc.

  rekjl probably will have 50-60 levels. What you should aim for depends hugely on your scope, the length of the levels, etc.

  Wait, what? I'm 99% sure 'on collision' and 'is overlapping' are exactly the same performance-wise. nimos100 where did you get this info?

  Obviously doing a simple distance check is less expensive than a collision check, but you lose polygon data.

  If you can show that you have a promising project, I'm sure there will be quite a few musicians willing to help you out, perhaps even for a revenue share. Newgrounds is a great place for this - I found my composer there and he does great stuff!

  Half the games you mentioned are 3D - the one which isn't uses maybe 3-4 parallax layers at most. I think perhaps you're missing something
