  You need to 'pick' a specific instance. C2 is very good at doing this automatically - can you name your exact situation, or show a capx, so we can help?

  I don't think this is going to be added in r100. Your best bet is with third party plugins - not sure if there are any that let you do this ATM.

  Most of the limitations you will find are caused by HTML5 issues. C2 is awesome in working around these, however.

  I think you are confused between objects and instances. Currently, you cannot create a new object at runtime, but you can create a new instance of an existing object.

  You can reference it by its UID or by some other condition - look into 'picking'.

  You need to use the 'preload' action to load audio before it is played. If you don't, the audio will load before playing, resulting in a short delay the first time around. Music will stream while playing.

  The touch object has accelerometer values. Not sure it will work on the Playbook, but I don't see why not.

  1. You can easily do these behaviors with events, so it's not such a big deal.

  2. You could use something like custom movement behavior and a bit of trig to set your own gravity. It probably doesn't have this property as 99% of games wouldn't need it.

  I guess you are asking for an animation system in tiled backgrounds. If that was the case, what you want would be easily accomplished with a bit of logic.

  I'd also like to know, now that we are looking at export with downloadable options, like cocoonjs and awesomium (not sure how to spell it), I wonder, would we ever be able to store game files/data on the device's hard drive?

  For the first part, you have to edit the collision polygon yourself. See the manual article on the image editor.

  For your second question, you have to do this in an image editor. You should make your graphics with transparent backgrounds, and save them as PNG's. Otherwise, you could so something like use the magic wand to delete the background.
