You need the license file, it should be in your directory in your old computer. If you've lost it, I'm sure Tom can sort you out.
Another thing: If the outline is applied to a layer, changing the outline color will change the color of everything else in the layout.
Take a look at the example, the background is actually blue.

Ah, OK. It seems jolly good then!
Is there any way to fix it so the outline doesn't scale with the layer scale?
Oh, it doesn't apply beyond the object's quad. I think that's why it didn't work for me.
Is there any chance that this could work applied to a layer (i.e. all objects in the layer get the outline)? When I try it, it just outlines the whole layer.
Yeah, it needs to exist on some layout so it has a default value to draw from.
True, true. Hmm, you may have to write your own masking water shader, then! If you do, be sure to share it ;)
I don't think the exporter would do this, but that's just my intuition. Who knows what Ashley has cooked up.
bscarl88, did you move the whole exported folder? There should have been various files in it important to Awesomium's operation - the .exe has to run from inside that folder.
Did you try giving the player (or the family of submersibles) the effect, then dynamically changing a parameter whenever it's over the water?
Three cheers for Scirra!
bscarl88, Awesomium becomes essentially part of your game - if they install your game, they are also installing the Awesomium wrapper.
I think the non-free version has this feature.

I wonder if this is possible? Could be useful if anyone ever gets a game on Steam...
