  • I use to be plagued by this issue. Thin line either on top or bottom of a sprite. In my case the causes:

    1. Sprite asset dimension was an odd number and the scaled sprite was an even number.

    2. Sprite asset was significantly larger than new scaled size.

  • Adding images/files to the "offline.json" "FileList" seems to work as desired. If anyone reads this in the future I have included some additional instructions below.

    When you open up "offline.json" add your extra files to the end of the "FileList:" separated by a comma. The example below shows (3) images in the file list. For demonstration purposes all the other files C3 includes I did not show. You will need to update this offline.json every time you export a new version. You would simply add "image_1.jpg", "image_2.jpg", "image_3.jpg" to the end every time you export your project.

  • Question: How do I add external (images/files) to "loadingprogress" that are not in the game.

    I have a large amount of external images/files that are accessed from the server that are used for CSS/JS outside of Canvas (C3). I would like to use the (c3)Preloader rather than creating an additional preloader.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Question: Any way to simulate the "background-size" of a "Tiled Background" similar to CSS that uses "auto|length|cover|contain|initial|inherit" for example.

    Rather than just repeating. Also, rather than using a sprite. The "Tiled Background" is as close to a DIV when it comes to "background-image" and positioning/size etc.

  • Before I submit a bug ticket. First want to confirm this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.

    1. Object > Tiled Background

    2. Action > Load Image From URL

    Problem: Image wont load.

    ~ However, this action works on a sprite just not a Tiled Background.

  • In the proccess of trying to convert from C2runtime to C3runtime. Ran into an issue.

    My project requires:

    1. Fullscreen mode: Off

    2. Changing canvas size during runtime.

    Issue:

    After canvas size is changed:

    - [Object] "Text" ignores "Position"

    - [Object] "obj" Drag & Drop no longer working. Hit target is offset not the same position as sprite..

    All the above works correctly in C2runtime not C3runtime. See example files below:

  • The issue isn't with LocalStorage it is with "System Save Game State" Or are you saying we need to create an additional LocalStorage key for each "System Save Slot"?
