RESOLVED: Worked correctly when URL was called from a textInput or Variable

Before I submit a bug ticket. First want to confirm this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.

1. Object > Tiled Background

2. Action > Load Image From URL

Problem: Image wont load.

~ However, this action works on a sprite just not a Tiled Background.
