    yeah, i think i did that when i was young to. i beat SMB more than loads of times.

    Btw, did you put attention to her room which is field with games and consoles?

    Sure did... she's got a few more than I do, but I'm probably a close second to that. I have a NES with 50ish games, a SNES with about 30ish games, a MegaDrive (GENESIS) with about 25ish games, a TurboGrafx 16 with about 20ish games, a Playstation with about 50 games, a PS2 with about 120 games, an xbox with about 50 games, an NDS and NDSlite with about 200 games, plus accessories for all that shit... oh and a game gear with 5 games, atari lynx with 8 games, and a gameboy but its broken... i sold those games.

    I also have 5 computers in total (including my laptops) with i dunno, 300 games?

    This is counting all legit stuff only.

    P.S. I am also in the middle of building my MAME arcade machine... which will have like 5000 games on it... not exactly legit, but cool as hell.

  • Personally I'd like to see scaling and rotation at some point as well... the SNES had it... it was the first console I believe to have scaling and rotation. It would be cool to be able to make games like Space Harrier, F Zero, and Mario Kart.

  • Okay, so far I'm finding it awesome... from one man's perspective, that is. I can save my .cap projects locally in the Public folder and they get synced with the web folder, so I don't have to upload at all! Just pick the link up and post it.

    Wish there was an easier way to pick the hot link up, though...

    Yeah if you could hotlink to the files in your dropbox it would be the ultimate file hosting service.... This was why I thought having a community box would be cool, and it could be regularly maintained by anyone. If something becomes redundant, just delete it!

    Here is MOLOTOV who was working on an MMO game. He seems to have abandoned the game and has put up all graphics for free use! Knock yourself out! (P.S. This site is pretty massive... it has a LOT of links to other free sites as well!)

  • Wow this is getting crazy...

    I put the links up here for people to use and learn from... nothing more. Morally, you will do whatever you want... hell I don't particularly care if someone uses the graphics straight up, gets sued, and ends up in court over it... it's them not me.

    I use sprite rips on occasion to learn from them... see how they are made... get ideas and inspiration to create something original. Hell, even using one of the sprites from a rip as a placeholder graphic, I spent hours modifying it frame by frame to give a better depiction of what MY character would look like.

    If anyone wants to debate about the morality or potential consequences of using copyrighted material, can we please make another thread about it?
