• Changelog v1.14

[Fix] Expression getValueSelected occurs a bug when comparing.

Be aware that the first line's ID of a comboBox is 1, not 0.

OK, I looked your capx. I don't understand why you compare the getValueSelected without any options added in your comboBox... ? Maybe that's only for the example, but it's a part that occurs the issue.

Firstly, you have to add at least one line.

getValueSelected return the ID of the selected line, BUT, it starts from 1 (not from 0).

So you have to compare with '1' if you want to know if the first line is selected.

Let me know if it solved the bug.

    Thanks

What's the browser you're using ? In firefox, I can't reproduce this bug.

Send me your capx please, I'll take a look.

  • Sorry, I looked for a solution again in other plugins and find the condition with property_name.

    Thanks Ashley

  • iOS supports webGL only for iAds for the moment...

I don't really understand the Apple politics about this, but hopefully it will be supported soon.

  • Might I ask again please?

  • I would like to give some recommandations to all plugin developers.

It will be great if you'll add a new icon (instead of the default one) to your plugins to prevent confusion and lacks of clearness when the user has to add one.

Also, it would be great if you'd try to not create too many different categories.

    Thanks for reading.

  • A night, the clearest voice I ever heard was whispered to my ear that I would have to google "scirra".

    Next morning, I did it....

    Amazing.

  • Wastrel Oh sure, I totally agree with that. And that's particularly why I wanted to open this kind of thread

    Changelog v1.13

[Add] Size and visibility flags added.

  • First of all, thanks Ashley for fixed this.

I was wondering how to test only one property changed.

I mean, for the moment, when I put a condition in OnPropertyChanged, it's fired my event each time a property is changed.

I would like that it fires only when one specific property is changed.

    Am I clear ?

  • Welcome Retro!

The SDK lets you make plugins, or behavior that are not as default in C2.

You can see some of them in the Plugins for Construct 2 category.

  • I got that selfish twinge of "what if someone steals my idea".

Yes but finally, it's not that kind of 'fear', for myself, I was afraid that someone else did the same work, because I didn't want to "lose" my time on something, while as I could work on another plugin. Hope you see what I mean...
