  • kirbyUFO - The way files are named changed at some point. The individual sprite names now contain the entity name as well so you'll need to save your old files with the new options and re-import them with a different name, then change all of your old events to refer to the new spriter object. You can right click on any event or selected number of events and chose "replace object," to make the transition fairly easy.

  • I have looked around in the manual, tutorials and forums but haven't found anything on this. One of the features I liked about Diablo 3 was the ability to display a clock with the actual time onscreen. Does anyone know if this is possible in C2?

  • Rightclick on the "sounds" or "music" folders in your project and choose "import." You'll want to import .wav files. Use the audio object (available when you create a new event or action) to add the audio events to the project where you want them. You can play audio by the tag meaning, whatever name you give it in C2. Is this what you were asking?

  • lucid - sorry I haven't responded, I removed the sound files and haven't had a chance to redo the attempt. I will try again and if it still messes up, I'll send the capx. Thanks.

  • lucid - Ashley - is the sound bug in C2 worked out yet? The last time I tried to drag a spriter object with sound files into my C2 project, C2 crashed when I previewed it.

Ethan - I'm still trying to find the perfect description but here's my latest attempt: Psi an indie, retro action RPG shooter about a woman with extreme psychic powers against a horde of zombies and killer machines set in a futuristic, post-apocalyptic, cyberpunk universe rendered in comic book-style art (whew!).

  • Also, I put some sound files in one of my animations and after I updated in C2, the game layout automatically crashes when I try to load it.

  • lucid - has the blend mode been implemented in C2 yet? When I use it, it flips some of my ability animations and causes other strange glitches. Thanks, Morgan.

  • lucid - since the latest scml update, there is something I call "dislocalization" going on. Often, the first projectile from a projectile attack will originate from a place other than where the event tells it to.
