  • Yes I need this! I have my xbox one dev kits, Tiny Galaxy: The Do Over is ready to launch on the Xbox One as soon as I get this plug in. Definitely need and the bare minimum leader boards and achievements.

  • Ive been doing some more digging an apparently it seems its possible to save a level using Json and then upload to an SQL database and have another player download it in the game from the same database. It seems possible from what Ive found, im gonna look into it and try a prototype in the next few days.

  • Okay so ive been knocking around and idea to include a level editor in a game Im working on, but I kind of only want to do it if there is a way to basically allow players to share their own created levels with friends. Im fairly well versed in c2 (i use is for Wii U, xbox one and pc games) but nothing thats really had any kind of networking or anything like that.

    Im NOT looking for anyone to write the code for me, mostly just if anyone knows if this is possible and can explain it. I cant seem to find anything really providing info on it. Even if its just PC A connects to PC B to let player B into player A's level they built.

  • Basically my grandmother has been in love with candy crush and other match 3 games... last week she had a seizure and they discovered a brain tumor, and now said playing candy crush kind of bothers her.

    I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a good match 3 tutorial or something i could modify so i can see if i can make something she can play and not bother her... any idea?

    Sorry if i missed it and its right in front of me, its been a difficult week.

  • Check the browser error console (Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome). All your .ogg files are returning 404 not found. Most likely you need to set up the necessary MIME types.

    however when I put that in the folder with my games .html file I get: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)"

    now perhaps I didnt make web.config correctly? but as of now Im a little lost and a little frustrated. It works fine playing on local disk so I dont know. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad">

    UPDATE! Got off the phone with GoDaddy and they said .OGG files should play just fine... so Im not really sure where go from here lol. Any ideas?

  • hi, try using the "set angle of motion" and activating/deactivating the "set angle" in the properties of the behavior

    I got it, I used the 8 direction movement and set it up to move towards the players x and y positions so the enemy simulates input where there isnt any input

  • I looked through the examples and the forum and Im not 100% how to do this. I have an enemy and a player... semi top down view. The enemy is randomly spawned every 2 seconds. I want the enemy to move towards the player sprite. I do NOT want the enemy to rotate. Im sure its an easy thing to do, Im still not 100% competent in C2. I noticed in some examples and forums giving the enemy the bullet behavior and having rotate towards the players position moves the enemy towards the player, but I do not want it rotating. I want more of an old school zelda style movement.

  • What I want to do is create a layout that either keeps creating itself or goes on forever until I die and it restarts. I do not mind doing a loop but I do not want to repeat scenerios. For example a game like Doodle Jump keeps creating random scenerios for the infinite amount until the player dies. If I make my y coordinate infinite though it will lag greatly and not load.
