  • I was checking my Facebook and I encountered this picture that 9Gag app posted as an advertised post.

    Well they were little arguments in the comments section if piracy is theft or not, some claimed not some claimed yes. The point is, IMO that it depends on the contents. if it was a game or software of course it theft, since it has it copyrights and by that way you are getting the developer to get less revenue or earning especially if it was his source of living. Even if the company has huge revenue from it ( Like big companies ) still you are not allowed to use it without paying the fees. on the other hand if you see a page talking about a topic and you use it in your project it is not considered piracy or theft since the publisher of the content are sharing it with other ( unless it was a book of course). BTW i liked the caption that says ("Imagine your car gets stolen, but it is still there in the morning!") terrific!

    Well the main question is : is piracy theft?

    to me: It depends...

  • Hi , I need an simple urgent help,

    I want to ask anyone who has experience in C2 Plugin/behavior creation . I'm making a new behavior called "Health" (It's simple for you I know , but for me it is so much) , which have two properties & some twists....

    one is "Hit Rate"

    its value is equal to one:

    So i want in the event to when the action lose life happen, it loses the default amount from property "Hit Rate".

    SO I want to replace this specific part of code to choose the initial value from the the array's 2nd object "Hit Rate" and show it in the event sheet.

    What should I replace between the + Value + ?

    Please it's important for me, and thanks in advance!

  • There are some resources around; but the best place to start learning how to use SDK is to read the sources (runtime.js) directly; You'll learn how to read source code, you'll learn how are things done in SDK, and you'll learn a lot of javascript along the way.

    You could start with how the line-sight behavior is implemented, and than continue from there!

    Also, check out the SDK template, you'll se that some of the basic stuff is implemented so you can get a good start...
