    What is the preferred method of creating splash screens, for example:

    User launches the game:

    Splash screen :1 = Studio name

    Splash screen: 2 = Developed with C2

    And then the actual game menu screen would launch.

    Would the best way be to create layouts like any other that contain the relevant information, have one be the first layout to display and then after a few seconds or user click/touch whichever happens first have the second layout load..etc

    Or is there another preferred way?

    Regarding iClone, i thought that was 3D animation software.

  • I quite like it, it is certainly a lot faster and no more time outs which is the most important thing. There are graphical bugs to fix for sure and Gravatars are not being displayed yet.

    I used to use Maya and could happily use it again, but i don't need anything so sophisticated for 2D. Just looking for something a little lighter with a more streamlined workflow.

    I have been using Blender for years and although sometimes complicated it does get the job done, however i find myself spending large ammounts of time creating simple animations and i suspect there are alternatives out there that may be better suited to 2D animations.

    My question is: What do you guys use or suggest for creating your animations for your C2 projects?

    I have an animation consisting of 24 images. I have made a sprite sheet out of them and added it into C2.

    All works well however when i try and change the animation speed, no changes are reflected.

    I am using latest Beta release and wondering if anyone else has encountered this, i can't figure out why it wont work.
