    Thanks, I think they have support for it now as I have got my App online and working with Android and Desktop cross play. Little buggy but working =)

  • I get an error even opening C2 without the example. Tells me error on line 6 of common.js ad the plugin is not available =( Doh

  • With latest C2 and CJS it gives an error on loading and the plugin is not available. I've seen a couple of people have had this issue. Any one found a fix yet?

    I find CJS gives a lot better performance for my apps I have tried. Maybe I need some tips exporting for XDK? When I export I turn off all plugins. I get better performance lately although the graphics are very jagged when I export with XDK. A shame because if it was a little faster / graphics were smoother then it might be better than CJS as it seems to handle Clay.io better

  • Are the new versions planned to be out soon? It was about 2 weeks ago I tried crosswalk and performance was really bad so I went strait back to CocoonJS =(

  • Thanks for the reply. Does that mean the app would have to be run in the browser rather than as en exported app? Do you think it will be supported in CocoonJS in the future? I've tried crosswalk but it has too much of a performance drop for my app, where CocoonJS keeps at full speed 98% of the time =(

  • I understand the new multiplayer plugin is new and it may be a while, but will mobile ever be supported with multiplayer? I made an app that was multiplayer using PeerJS but that was not supported when exporting to CocoonJS. I see the latest update fixes the crash with multiplayer plugin and CocoonJS but it is not supported still.

    Is it an unrealistic dream to get multiplayer (even at a turn base level) working on mobile platforms?

  • I managed to get around £40 so far with my Bowls app. I released as a free version initially, when I updated it I created a LITE and paid version at Android minimum price. I have 80 downloads for the paid version since published on 6th March. My free version has almost 4000k downloads since last October. I did setup Admob / Mopub in my LITE version a months ago. That has only generated estimated £8 since then. I have not setup payments out for either yet and the Abmod you need to get alot higher amount before they pay anything out.

    Not amazing success story but as a C2 is just a spare time hobby I am fairly happy with the results so far =P

    I've not spend any money on advertising / promoting kind of thing. Just on a few bowls forums posting details of my free app. It comes up fairly high on the Google store listing now when on Sports games / New Paid Apps =)

    Any thing I get from it I just see as some spending money =)

  • This may end up more of an experiment than a game depending on success but I decided to try and make an isometric offroad racer like Super Skid marks / Super Off Road etc.

    Spent a couple of hours trying to figure things out and made a little progress. Little buggy and isometric stuff so confusing!!!!

    Graphics at the moment are very basic just for testing the concept / mechanics of isometric as I've not tried an isometric game before!

  • Would this kind of thing be possible on Construct 2?

    I've been trying to think how to implement physics for balls / objects on a slope in isometric view. I saw a 2.5d plugin thread on construct classic that managed to get a player to walk up a slope in isometric?

    I've searched the forums and not seen anything I can use to help.

  • Ill have to look into web socket then my game is turn based. I set my game up to work with peerjs then realised that doesn't work in cocoonjs :p oops!

  • Tried just a simple test with the multiplayer for CocoonJS. Just adding the object into a game makes it not load when testing with latets CocoonJS launcher. I get an error:

  • Sorry I am too impatient and posted while it was uploading. It shows on the web store now, so not long until on Android store viewable on phones. Very early output to get it out there on play. Lots to add to improve =)

    Was hoping to add online but I don't know if the online plugin just released will work on CocoonJS. I can try though!!

    It will definitely be a challenge to upgrade the CPU AI to make it intelligent!!
