  • Yup, I've discussed the exporter with Ashley. The previous round of BB10 OS updates had some larger rendering issues that prevented some solid testing. I've been firing along issues to our teams but a few are still outstanding. That being said, we'll see how this week's update looks and hopefully it will prove more viable for testing.

WaterlooErik I have tested the new update BB10 OS v10.0.9.2320 yesterday (January 11th 2013).

And the rendering issue with previous OS has been solved.

My HTML5 game built with Construct 2 appear normally.

Awesome works, BlackBerry HTML5 WebWorks teams! :)

  • i am just going to warn you i discovered problems with pcm 16-bit wave files that didnt convert successfully with r114. sound effects wouldn't work in chrome but music did which doesnt make sense (adding .occ files didnt solve the problem). the solution i had was exporting adobe audition cs6 files with stereo 11025 hz which makes it compatible with converting and the chrome browser. it seems to solve all audio related problems i was having.

    thanks for info devin3627

    Maybe Ashley should test it

  • Thanks EyeHawk for quick reply.

I have tested 'Metro' plugin from iunkn , yes it works well with Snap View.

But i'm still don't understand to personalize or customize my Snap View.

Some users say by change or modify the css and javascript code after "Windows 8 Export".

Maybe you can provide us an example?

Additional info from my personal experience:

-If "Metro" plugin compare to "Windows 8" official plugin from Scirra, "Metro" still doesn't support 'Share' feature.

-From my experience, when i use two plugins (Metro and Windows 8) together in same project, cause some problem with 'Setting' views which 'About', 'Privacy', and 'Support' from "Windows 8" plugin can't be viewed.

  • CoffeeOD welcome to C2 community, bro.

    Awesome feedback! :)
