  • US only?

Very disappointing but good news for Scirra

  • Hi,

Your link is not working, could you re-post it?

    Thank you

    yup, 404'ed for me too

  • Kyatric : what's interesting with BlueStacks, is its ability to run an Android environment on your desktop computer.

    Yup, that's very useful

    OP, thanks for sharing:)

  • Just tested on my Sony Tablet S for good measure and i can't flip the cards at all on it

  • They should make a fully fledged mmo out of this

    I'd pay to play that!

  • I mean that in order to turn a card i have to first touch that card and then touch somewhere else, like on another card, to turn it

  • Yea, it's definitely awesome

A nice concept of what can be done in HTML5

  • Yup, working now:)

The framerate is a bit slow when i match cards because of the particles

Also, for some reason i have to touch a card and then touch somewhere else to actually turn it. Not sure if that's intended:)

  • When you zip the game folder to upload to phonegap just make sure that phonegap.js is not included because that's what is causing the white screen:)

  • Tested on an LG Optimus 2x running android 3.2

    Just got a white screen

If you're using phonegap remember not to zip phonegap.js

If you repackage it without the phonegap.js i'm sure it would work and i could test it for you:)

  • Looks interesting, will definitely check it out

There is also macincloud but you have to pay for that

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Here is one important thing to keep in mind:

Since phonegap and appmobi works with the exported HTML5 from C2 it will utilize the device browser engine to run it which means there is no support for multitouch unless the browser supports it. At present i can't think of any device with a multitouch capable browser as standard so you have to keep that in mind when designing your game

  • It wont happen

As mentioned their SDKs are very expensive

Also, i don't see any way tablet or phones could replace dedicated gaming handhelds

My Sony tablet is lovely for what it is but it could never compete against a Vita or 3DS

Physical buttons, flash cards, analogue sticks and top quality games is what separates tablets and phones from dedicated gaming handhelds

Finally with current battery tech i'd absolutely hate to have one more use for my smart phone. It barely holds battery through the day as it is, i can't imagine gaming on it for longer stretches as well

  • np:)

  • scirra.com/construct2/releases

Just download the version you want and the installer will ask if it should uninstall the previous version first
