  • I don't wanna stop to use C2, because i could work fast with it. Example it is good to create 2D, isometric games, prototypes for 3D and software apps. By the way i bought Spriter Pro, because i can use it with C2!

  • I like to work with C2 but it has no 3D Engine, to work in isometric view is possible (difficult and limited), but "real" 3D is much better. I wanna work with BlenderGame Engine or/and Leadwerks Game Engine. Basic of BlenderGame Engine isn't so difficult, but for Leadwerks Game Engine i have to learn Lua scripting. I would be glad when i could install a C2 plugin (adapted for 3D) in these engines. I bought Leadwerks because it supports Oculus Rift, blender import and light/shadow quality.

I tested Q3D demos, but this quality isn't so good.

Graphic style and game concept are good, but i miss playersprite animation.

  • Graphic style is so cool. This APP looks so professional and was downloaded only 100 times?! Maybe you should replace colours with alc bottles Upload your APP example on "newsgrounds"

  • Not a game but I rewrote my original app for the delicious alcohol drink Rumchata in Construct 2.

C2 games i saw were very less downloaded, but your app has 5000 downloads already?!

And again second downloader? I have a similiar idea with colours. Everytime i had to touch the screen when "perfect" is on the screen. Autostart next level with pause function would be better.

  • I was really the second downloader? I like simple games with minimal inputs. I don't like your input controls. Try to find a better solution for it. Game is difficult, but this control is more harder for me.

  • You use shadowcaster. When i let my finger down without moving, playersprite moves stupid. Some white objects are to high.

Isometric projection works that's why i can build up my games like in topdown, but not everything i can use or don't know how

Pathfinding: I can limit the rotation but i can't reduce the time and increase/decrease variable with it.

Mouse: I can control topdownplayer with it, but i don't know how i should increase/decrease variable with it.

    Turret: I can't increase/decrease variable with it.

I use variables to set the right frames of isometric sprites.

I wanna do something with glider.

This game should work with keyboard and touchscreen.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • Blender tutorial: How to Create a City, Covered with Fog (YouTube)

You can do a racing game on a real map but i think it is a lot of work because of collison detection. Fly above is easier. You can render it out with shadows...

Isometric racer with shadows on the ground. Shadows overlapping cars, how it works i don't know. Q3D for C2 would solve shadows problems.

  • I had this problem too, but since the last update it is fixed? When i don't need my personal edition i use the free version.

  • You did a neon tutorial, but it doesn't glow and i saw something with airplane, but there was no effects while shooting and no explosions. You saw my head isometric? Try out sculptris it is easy to use and use blender to render it out, both are freeware.

  • If you upload an another game jam then write it. I saw some tutorials (YouTube) from you, without knowing that you are a moderator and was wondering about a your graphics.

I asked R0J0hound allready, but no answer until know, so i hope you can help me, please?

    Example

0°-90° are 90 steps but rotation from my sprite has 10 steps. Pathfinding looks like a curve path, that's why i want to limit it from 360 to 40 steps (360°)

General forum "about isometric" you can find a capx and test if my guess is a bug. If frames are croped and would be replaced then orgin points are not correct.

  • Thx for this tutorial. Now i can create isometric games. I think, now i have only visual problems, everything is so limited in 2D.
