I use a different provider but I looked it up for Godaddy. It looks like Wordpress hosting comes with an sftp account. So you will need to find an ftp client like Filezilla(google search for it) and then you will need to set up your website details inside of it. Submit a support request through Godaddy asking if they have directions to help you. I'm sure they probably have a step by step guide you can follow.

Are you trying this from construct preview? This plugin is designed for mobile apps to keep the app from going into the background. For example build.phonegap.com is what I've tested all of these on. The app on Facebook appears to load on desktops/laptops. He has mobile versions as well in the app stores. However you can try this link but I don't think it will load unless you are on a desktop/laptop.
