  luckyrawatlucky Let's hope it won't come to that. The event system C2 uses has great potential and it's easy and fast to work with. IMO Scirra will keep it and also improve it. I might be misunderstanding what you wrote since I haven't used Buildbox.

  It's also good and sad news. Good that MadSpy managed to get his plugin out and now we have a working solution (I'm just assuming from the comment on the plugin's page and from this topic, I haven't tried it myself). The sad part is that it should be Scirra's job to make an official plugin to support the most popular game market on PC that will probably bring more developers and also satisfies existing ones.

  Ashley , can you please tell us the state of the official plugin? Can we expect it in the near future?

  Open up your background in Paint.NET and increase it's size (I assume you use a very small resoultion file for background). While resizing, choose the Nearest Neighbour resampling.

  If you are talking about the autosave system of C2 where you can autosave/backup your project then go to the editor's properties.

  If you want to create a hidden auto-save system for your game your best bet would be to use either local storage or custom created JSON files for storing the information. If you aim your game for the HTML5 platform (so if you plan to run it from a browser) go with the first. If it's going to be a standalone desktop game, go with the latter.

  I found some topics around the forum, but I coudn't figure out how to make a page turning effect (like you have in online books: the bottom right corner flips up on mouse over and it turns the page by clicking it).

  I found examples made in C2, but I coudn't find any source files to learn from it. Any help would be appreciated on how to create such effect. Thank you.

  I'm not entirely sure about this, but you could download the dll file and put it into the C2 install folder: https://www.dll-files.com/kernel32.dll.html
