  • I tried to load one of my High poly models (667000 polys) and it loaded!!.It took a while for the game to load but there's no performance loss. <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    <img src="http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7658043/screenshotSC.jpg" border="0">

    I played around with the shadow caster behavior and i came up with this little trick.It looks almost like grass lol.

    Shadow Cast Magic Cap (Construct Classic R 1.2)

  • Hey i got it right <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle"> I just had to give the light object a blur H and blur V effect to get the soft shadow.

    here's the cap.I made it with Construct classic R 1.2

    SoftShadowEffect

  • Not exactly.The light deforms around the blocks as you move the lightsphere around.It's easy enough to do this with Xna ,But i have no clue on how to create soft shadows within Construct's shadow caster.Maybe it's got something to do with the z axis.Look at the videos on that link i gave previously then you will see what i mean.

  • Is there any way to create shadows like this with the shadow caster?.http://krypton.codeplex.com/

  • Yes Zbrush 4.0 Is quite expensive at $699. I use Zbrush for local tv Commercials and for my 3d models.There is a trial demo on the website if you want to give it a try.Here's the link to the website. pixologic.com

  • I made this with Zbrush 4.0.I upgraded to 4.0 and it's better than ever.

  • Kyatric The backgrounds still needs a lot of work.The game is still in it's test phases at the moment.I will create a vid as soon as i have more going on within the game.

  • I create my characters with Zbrush or Blender.Then i render the animations with Daz3d.There are lot's of free 2d character apps out there as well.

  • Some screenshot's of my game Othelia.I have been working on this game for quite some time now.

  • I checked the bsod log files and it states that google chrome has crashed.After the google chrome crash the bsod would appear.There was also a problem with my gfx driver.I installed an updated driver for my gfx card and i updated chrome.It's much more stable now and i haven't had a single crash so far.I got the exact same bsod on my other pc ,but it's sorted now with the new updates

    <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Google chrome has more bugs than a flea infested downtown roach motel.Every few seconds i get a bsod and the reason for the bsod?,Gooooogle chrome.I uninstalled the faulty thing and reinstalled it again.It works now but gives a bsod when i'm surfing the net for too long.

    Lmao a google chrome RROD perhaps??.

    My browser app i made still works better than any "official" browser out there.All these browsers are buggy because of all the crap plugins and add ons they pack in there with every update.

  • It's been a few weeks now and my xbox 360 is still working perfectly.I had the RROD prob and i accidentally fixed it (have no idea how i did it).So i decided to place the xbox360 into an old pc tower case and added some adequate cooling to the cpu/gpu.I can play for hours on end now without any freeze's or rrod's.

    Microsoft's next console must be encased in a pc box.I know it's bulky but at least it will last longer.
