  • Doh! It was totally a turret sprite that I had pinned to the object!

    Cleaned that sprite up and presto. Clean GFX.

  • A bunch of my sprites have this weird line, how do I fix?

    Is it because I'm not using 64x64 size images? that is, square images? Or do I just need to fix pixel rounding?

  • Thanks Mums, so far the bugs have been FAR fewer than when i had coded it myself in a javascript engine.

    Infact there are no "bugs" rather than imcomplete and unpolished systems.

    You know how facebook does it, and it knows to open facebook as an app, and take you to that guy.

    How does C3 do this, if I am writing a social app and want to send some one a specific URL to view in the app?

    Bonus question: In app notifications for C3?

    Make sure you are using the 'preview app' rather than just pressing play

  • Hey all, been working on this game for far too long.

    It's finally presentable-ish. Thought I'd throw it here and see what people think.

  • Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh found it.

    I had added some "Solid" objects to another layer, and other stuff was bumping in to it like mad!

    I'm guessing my Zoom was making the solid objects HUGE on the screen, and my objects were inside this huge new solid, and so physics went POOF.

    Removed solid, back to normal...

    PS Desktop C3 64x is running great!

    Totally working on the last build of my game. Movement is perfect. WTF!!!

  • I can't describe the problem very well... I haven't changed anything, just started up C3 and bam, my physics is TOTALLY screwed up.

    If I zoom at like, 0.06666666 my particles go toward the bottom. If I zoom in or out of that, particles are fine.

    Did someone change some engine stuff?! I hate automatic updates.

    It's certainly a modern business model, which I support, as this app is fantastic.

    This is the easiest platform I've ever used to export things to iOS and Android.

  • I suppose I was just frustrated, took 2 months to solve. But we did get it working in the end... So +1 to that.

    I'd like to see a C3 based example project in C3 Editor, that'd be great. Also with detailed steps and links, screenshots of what your settings inside the Itunes connect should look like.

    I suppose the error should really come back from Apple: "Warning, your IAP will not work because: Tax information incomplete".

    But that's apple for you....

    Anyway, I've verified both IAP work on Android and iOS. I'm super happy with C3, it's the best platform in the world I think.
