chrisbrobs , hmmm I don't know what to say the game looks so perfect now just you need to put the lock, unlock system for levels maybe done ^^ i played all the levels and won in them all ^^ the only funny thing i have see is level5 without touching anything i won except 1 block when it almost reach the ground XD

really nice game i wish to see more levels ^^

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think to 'glitch' is due to the angle checker/timer reset..I will sort that out and work on finishing the 10 levels as planned.

    Thanks.

i kinda like the swipe version, maybe others can say whats better

a question about how you play it, it?s based on luck, no? i don?t seem to find a way to beat the level with steel in it

there could be like a level with like many blocks, and you need carefully destroy them to get the noodles down or even with timer! just trowing idea's :) keep working on it, its getting better and better.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

All the levels can be 'cleared' by clicking the right combo of blocks, although it does involve a bit of luck!

I'm going to stick with the original format and get the rest of the levels finished...or I will end up with 10 unfinished versions.

    Cheers.

  • you know what could be better, maybe.., is that you can remove blocks by holding the mouse down

now you must be really quick to click on both blocks, maybe with a more swipe movement this could be better,

ps: didnt see the refresh, is looking better, first level i definitly better ease into the game

    -------------------------------------

I added a 'swipe' version to the first post for you to test.

Not sure if it improves the play though? The more blocks you destroy, the less points you end up with.

'one of the developing problem that the developer test the game for himself and this is hard to see the problems in your game'

    Spot-on !

Updated the first post with an 'easier' version.

  • vtrix@

Hey dude! , if the game was, trow some noodles to the ground i would have won really hard

so my general critic is, its a bit difficult for the moment, i got level 1 and 5 (lucky shot)

    so needs some balancing

ps: i see the bug with slightly moving objects is still there, (only with minify)

    zsangerous@

    2 words : too hard!

i think you should make easier levels for the beginning like 1 block on level1 then in level2 4 blocks and like this but i don't want to start with really hard levels that make me feel that the all other levels will be harder and leave the game from the first level...

i wish you feel how the player feels!

if i'm rating about your first level hmm ill put it as the 5th level!

    ---------------------------------------

I see what you mean guys, i will start easier levels...thaks for pointing that out.

By the way Level 2 can be cleared by removing just 2 blocks, and level 3 by just removing 3 blocks!

    Thanks for your feed back.

Can you get the Noodles to the floor?

Click on blocks to destroy them.

    Click on balls to deflate.

    Steel blocks cannot be destroyed.

Noodle's must finish in an upright position.

Just need to add some sound effect's and particles for the spill.

  • I forgot to add this, to my previous post-

    "<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" version="1.1"><image xlink:href="images/mypic.png" id="svg_4" height="48" width="48" y="96" x="98"/></svg>"

This allows you add a image directly in the canvas, in this example -"images/mypic.png". Its probably already been covered but I'm usually a couple of weeks behind on stuff.

  • I think you might be right NugMan.

I just had a look at project I did ages ago, and this is how I tackled it-

    <img src="https://dl.dropbox.com/u/22173473/jumpthrough.png" border="0" />

  • So how it relates to my topic? Did that page answers you how enable fall through Jumpthru-enabled Sprite?

Sorry if I didn't understand your post friend.....what exactly are you looking for?

Do you mean that the current method for dropping through platforms/solids is not suitable for your game?

  • Does anybody actually read the manual?

  • Hi Pode

Just thought I would post some stuff related to SVG Canvas plugin-

1, This example shows some of the shapes that the current SVG Canvas plug (podes) supports.

    RUN CAPX

2, This is a HTML5 CANVAS div (podes) that contains the SVG EDIT project.

    START SVG EDITOR

  • The problem is, they are images I am getting from someone else. Unless there is a way to just erase the white background that it comes with without making the fade around the character look like a white border that won't work.

You need to learn the basic's of image editing before you start making games!

  • well you see what it does? it saves every pose to an objectselector (bad name) its better poseholder , and loads the pose when hover, its a more a direct feedback thing, instead of typing the pose

I used an event that triggered every 0.2 seconds to play a basic set of animations, but it was very slow...your method works better/faster.

    Keep up the good work.

'shortening the description names of spritebank to a minimum' would be a good idea as well.
