  • Does it have to use double clicks to get through its menus (like, if I have an object in a folder, I have to double click that, then double click the object - and then do all that again if I'm interacting with something else in that folder)? Is there an option to turn that off?

    But Construct doesn't seem to like it. It wont convert it, says its not in the right format.

    What can I do?

    I was thinking of trying to use audacity to change to a different format - is this the correct address for audacity downloading? I'm quite paranoid after another laptop got a home page changing virus on it for another application I once downloaded : http://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/

  • Unless it's like a rogue like where you have perma death, one thing I don't like is the cognitive dissonance of saying 'kill or be killed' when you can't die. It either means both sides can't die or you can't die but for some reason the other guy can (making it seem like the player character is more the villain here). 'Crush or be crushed' would be more fun and make sense.

    Otherwise you seem to have a game about blimps fighting each other - this is neat

  • Ambitious goal there and an interesting premise. Would hurt if the friend can't be saved...but perhaps a good hurt

  • Good remake of the top down shooter tute. Third level seemed a bit too tough suddenly. You should use the scirra scoreboards for something!

    My game doesn't show up in my profile either. Some kind of bug going on at the moment.

    I think the 'fart bar' should disappear a half second after it's recharged, otherwise you're running around with a bar above your head and it doesn't look as nice.

    What template did you start with to do this project?

    Edit: 4 is just too brutal with the button in between spikes right after a difficult jump, etc!

    Whats with the sound in the video - there's this woman saying something every so often and I can't figure it out?

  • Ah, ty! I'll have to think about what to do in regards to that.

    Ironically it does give me an idea of how long someone has played for!

  • Some players list 10 attempts on my game, but I'm not sure they have played 10 times. The game does submit scores automatically every 30 seconds (if the score has increased), so I'm wondering if they played for ~5 minutes.

    Edit: Finished it! I think it'd be neat if the higher platforms were actually crumbly and you direct your dream into them to make them solid platforms.

    Also after the first white dot the clouds should flash or something - I ended up walking right, off to the end of the map.
