Some players list 10 attempts on my game, but I'm not sure they have played 10 times. The game does submit scores automatically every 30 seconds (if the score has increased), so I'm wondering if they played for ~5 minutes.

Every time a score is submitted, it counts as a play.
Ah, ty! I'll have to think about what to do in regards to that.
Ironically it does give me an idea of how long someone has played for!
