  • You should post the solution to your problem so when others google this and get your thread they have the solution too. If you're going to ask the community to answer your question, it is only fair that you contribute when you find your own answer.

    This was posted 7 months ago and I was probably busy at the time.

    I use another game engine now anyway it has saved me a fortune rather than paying monthly for construct. So I have forgotten what I did last time. Just guess you will have to do what I did and look for the solution. Keep your mind active :)

  • When I export a game to test on windows 10/11 and linux I get an intervention from my virus shield and it removes a file. It has only happened since upgrading to R312.

    It seems to only be in the Win32 version of export it is also picked up on malwarebytes. Any idea what is causing this as I don't want to scare people off from downloading any of my games.

  • Not yet.. but microsoft will be trying out ads for HTML5 and Windows games soon from what I read. It was mention by one of the playfab staff on the playfab forums.

  • which version of litetween do you use? it exists in many versions (which some doesn't work)

  • This is the error I am getting all the time in regards to lite-tween on R307 its the same with other games using it.

    I have even cleared my cache and still getting the errors.

  • I have LiteTween, it works perfectly fine in the latest C3 versions.

    Yes, those tweens should be easy to set up with the built in Tween.

    All other games I have tried with lite tween also crash with errors on R307.

    I just can't figure out how to change the codes from lite-tween to tween.

    The whole "start from beginning" and Set target are not in the built in tween. I am not sure how to replace them to get it to work.

  • I just purchased a game template from codecanyon and the game uses lite tween. In the package it has the latest version of the lite-tween plugin 1.7. When I try testing the game in preview I had an error "failed to start preview" when I checked the browser with F12 it has over 50 errors. It can not be exported either.

    I did some testing and when I removed lite-tween the game would load but obviously not work properly because lite-tween was gone. The game uses lite-tween to switch sides of a platform.

    Because lite tween no longer works with latest version of C3 I am wondering if it is possible to use the built in tween in C3. But I do not know how to convert the current event sheet code to the built in tween as some things are not on it like lite-tween.

    There are not many codes in regard to lite-tween but hopefully someone can help me understand how to convert it.

    These are all the codes using lite-tween.

    Does anyone know what I can put as an alternative to make the tween work like this?

  • Just an update on the billing thing. Its bit odd because Billing is ok on my mobile device and tablet but on bluestacks emulator it is still saying product not found.

    I am a bit baffled by that.

  • Is it a new app, or an updated app?

    Starting on August 2, 2022, all new apps must use Billing Library version 4 or newer. I believe Construct still uses Billing3, if you don't manually have bumped it.

    Google just released Billing5..

    But if you are updating an old app I cannot see why it should not work. IT should be allowed to update until November.

    Its a new app.. so now the billing is out of date in construct 3 what do I do? Does that mean I have to wait for a newer version on construct? I usually export as a signed APK from construct 3 itself.

  • The major problem I am getting since API 32 is in app products are not being found. The other app I have which is API 30 the in app purchases work.

    Since API 32 I get the error message product does not exist, when it does, and is setup in play store backend as well.

  • Hi! Just tried to upload a new app to Google Play but after uploading my signed app bundle I get an error that it is targeting API level 30 instead of 31 and it does not let me continue.

    I use the stable release of C3.

    You shouldn't be getting anything stop you. I just uploaded an app bundle with api level 30. I seen an error but it still let me publish.

  • I have set up IAP and transactions work fine. I created a promo code in play console so players can obtain in-game lives.

    When testing my game I don't see any options to insert promo codes?

    Does C3 support the google play promo codes? Because I can't seem to find many forum topics of support on it.

  • Instant games would be an awesome option to export games if the plugin had full features. But it seems the plugin is very limited.

    It only has interstitial and rewarded video ads and no option for banner ads and unfortunately ironsource does not work on Instant Games because I would have been able to put banner ads in the game.

    It is also missing facebook pay IAP which would be awesome.

    Chadori I know you are probably busy.. but any chance of a new Instant Games plugin for the master collection with the above features? You seem to be the master of the monetization plugins lol

  • This is only recent. I uploaded an updated bundle of my game to google play and now seeing errors on the dashboard.

    Looking at them it seems to be Japanese devices and I am not too technical in regards to understanding these errors.

    Ashley is this anything to do with compiling android games on construct? or can these errors be ignored?
