    When going to the Forums page on the site and then clicking on the "New Posts" option you get to use the dropdown to choose how far back it goes to display new posts. Over the past couple days, if I do something like click "6 hours ago" as the option for new posts, as soon as I click to go to page 2, 3, etc... of the post list, it loses my "6 hours ago" setting and reverts to the current time which means it drops the whole list of forum posts I was looking at... anybody else seeing this?

  • thehen, How are you handling audio in Windows 8? With the IE issues with audio, are you able to consistently have sounds and music playing during a game? If so, what method do you use to control sound in Windows 8 and Windows Phone apps? Sorry if this is a big ask. My next phase is getting the audio into my apps for Windows and Windows Phone market place releases soon...

  • Yes, apps packaged for windows 8 use the internet explorer rendering engine. In windows 8.1 it is IE11.

  • Is it also safe to assume when creating new instances that C2 uses the properties of whatever the latest instance was?

  • You can store them in web storage and then load them as soon as the app is launched...

  • Sorry... Just noticed that last part... you have to get your reputation high enough to be able to post links. Check the badges page for some quick ways to up your reputation.

  • It's not an error. When you hit the second arrow, the direction or the movement changes, due to having both arrows down it ends up taking the movement of one and the mirroring of the other... you need to handle the event for both arrows being pressed. In your control conditions put a check to see if the other arrow is already pushed down and respond accordingly.

    For the CAPX you need to put it on dropbox and then add a link to it in your post.

  • When I use on object touched I only get one event. Are you sure you are using on touched instead of touching?

  • Are you using web fonts? And are you testing local or remote? I see this in remote testing on machines...

  • Same here. I have a layout called sandbox that I use for this type of stuff.

  • WPGamer, thehen SkyDrive on Windows 8.1 is online only by default so a local copy of the files is not stored. You have to go to skydrive via windows explorer (WinKey + E) and right click the directories with your projects and choose make available offline to use them locally.
