You need to have a shared hosting or your own server, you can upload your game with ads, but if you really want to upload your game on scirra arcade due to good source of traffic.

I can give you an advice, you need to make trial or 1 level version of your game to upload in scirra arcade, then leave a link of full version of your game goes to your shared hosting, there a page with adsense. It may be helpful.

Im sure there is no problems in uploading anything with any ads in iframes inside app. The only thing can prevent you is licenses (both scirra arcade and c2).

I assume you mean using Pode's HTML plugin? You can't use 3rd party plugins on the arcade I'm afraid.

Well you can make a sprite with an animation ad put it down the screen with the anchor plugin , and make the browser go to the advertiser site when the ad is clicked .
