I went to the store and it started playing a sprite advert very loudly. It is only audio though, so there is no way to mute it.
I second this. It's absolutely terrible behavior to break silence on a website without any ability to mute it forever. Please at least add a mute button.

This happened to me week ago when I was planning to buy couple of songs from there and it just kept playing over everything making me upset forcing me to leave. I have now bought couple of tracks from another asset store.
