While I was browsing the site, all of sudden I got a popup with some loading animation. I closed it after a while, as nothing had loaded.

Then I noticed I had been awarded a Pirate Princess badge. Huh? Did I miss something?

Finding the Pirate Princess is a very rare event but for some reason (lol) 19 people already have it. I feel too bad starting them off again (something wrong with the rng). But anyway congratulations :)

Yeah it's the RNG, I implemented it wrongly. There's a few annoying issues in regards to it being specifically on a website.

How upset are people going to be if I reset the pirate princess badges?

With that reset I lost about 400 reputation points - and I was NOT awarded the pirate princess badge.

Just counted your rep, looks about right. There's still some 'rep leaks' that can build up over time. Sorry about that :( I'm still trying to find them. There's still a lot of changes taking place as well (I deleted a couple of other badges recently).

For this reason the badge has been renamed "Treasure Hunter". Details can be found here:
