clicking 'issue license' is only refreshing the page.
What can I do to get the license I paid for?
Seeing the same issue while attempting to return from an extended hiatus. The site was down a little earlier. Perhaps the license server is still having issues? I'll try again tomorrow.
I had no issue downloading it, btw you have to redeem it first, check your email, hope that helps. Link to download page.

My thoughts is they launched the new shop, and it might be a temp bug, I'm sure a email will put Tom onto it and it will be sorted in no time.
