What's a Scirra?

Personally, I always pronounce it as 'Sseerah', but here in Russia most people says (and writes in Russian transcription) as 'Skeerah' or even often 'Stseerah' (because of Latin 'C' usualy used as "?"-'Ts' in Russian )

As I said before, you don't pronounce science "sky-ence," and you don't pronounce Scirra "skeer-eh." That's just wrong! WRONG, I SAY!

I say it like, SEA-RAH... but less, uh... enunciated.

The "sci" is less like "sci-fi" and more like "scissors", and the rra is just, well.... like "bra" without the "b"?

I guess another way to describe it would be to say the word "syrup" but leave the "p" off of the end.

You're right "syrup" sounds closest, I'd just replace "up" with "a", like "syra" or "sira"? <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I've wonderd it because my language is a type of "one letter-one spell"... then If I write it in my language, then can be pronounced just one case...

Yes I say con-struct as well, as in "construction" not, "to construct".

I always wondered this a little myself.
