Changing the game's title

Hi,

As I temporarily stop the development of Perry World, I've planned to rebuilt Brick Breaker X: Rescue Rush , the PC sequel to Brick Breaker X (check the game on my PC game list). But, I planned to rename the game to Brick Breaker X: Arrangement.

The name was inspired from Bandai Namco's Arrangement series, which the series was the updated version of their arcade games such as Pac-Man, Dig Dug and Galaga.

What do you think, Naji, mepis, Rhindon?

I'm still figuring it out , change the name of what?

No the first one is better, arrangement doesn't seem as a good title IMHO

Naji - Can you tell me why the name isn't good?

It's hard on the mouth to say it and it feels not fit to the game

sqiddster, —, SgtConti, Aphrodite - Do you have experiences with breakout-style games? If you do, what title I should name my game ?

On PC it matters less, on mobiles, you need to have words that are common searched in the title to have a chance.

The first name is better. It flows off the tongue easier and doesn't sound convoluted trying to say. There is more of a rhythm to the title that is pleasing.

What's your opinion about changing this game's title, Rhindon?

It doesn't sound like a bad title, but "Arrangement" doesn't seem to fully convey the idea of the game.

But that's just by going by the title alone. The gameplay may match the title perfectly...but I've not been able to play it, either. I think something more "action" oriented might help. But, trust your instincts, too. You know your game best.
