This looks sooooooo great!!! I am a huge Metroid fan, and I just cannot wait to try this out. I am beyond impressed!!!!

But do tell me....did you use any python scripting for this, or was it all events?

You don't need python to make a good game, at all. This was all made with events. Python just makes data-heavy algorithms easier.

Edit: Tried to launch the game but it didn't work for me. The game didn't start when I pressed 'Enter'. It didn't respond to any key presses.

ControlConfig didn't launch, I got this error: 'Failed to launch plugin C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\cap8.tmp\5.csx (14001)'

Yeah It's crashed for a couple people so far. I have no idea why. I've tested it on 5 desktops, 3 laptops, and sent it to many friends. It's worked perfectly for all of them :T

Initially I had to run the ControlConfig.exe, apparently the cfg file in the zip doesn't work

I tried it on a Virtual Windows XP (I'm on a Macbook), that might cause the problem.

I don't have any problems with other games, but I can't use Construct with python on the Virtual Windows XP.

edit: Trying on a different windows xp partition with Boot Camp now
