I built an icon with Greenfish Icon Editor Pro and while I embedded the icon to my game when I do the shortcut to my desk top it still has the Construct icon.

How do you change your icons, and any hint on how to make this work better? Seem like Construct likes its icon. LOL

Side note does the create installer work?

Windows icons have a bunch of different resolutions embedded in a single file. You probably changed one resolution and your desktop is showing another. You have to change them all.

Also, sometimes Windows' icon cache refuses to update. In those cases, it will look allright on the next reboot. Renaming the file sometimes forces a flush too.
