Comic Book effect

Parameters:
- Black lines width - Change black stroke size.
I did not call it "Cartoon" effect cause for me it looks more like old comic books. <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle">

..effect looks much better in preview than in layout editor
