Hello. At sep 10th I got my Construct 3 with a new card. A week later, the money for the subscription was also debited from my old card. How can I make a refund? I don't need two subscriptions, and wan't to refund that one that I got on sep 17th.
I tried to contact support at the support@construct.net, but they did not respond. Is it even possible to refund?
