How do I really cancel my subscription?

I canceled my Construct3 subscription about a week ago.

But Construct3 still tries to take money from my card every day.

The only thing that saves me from losing money is that there is not enough money on the card.

What is this scam?

And how do you really cancel a subscription?

Subscribition cancelling is really too complicated. Try contacting support, maybe they'll help you

Your plan attempted to renew, and the payment repeatedly failed. The plan then cancelled due to too many failures.

To cancel your plan, view your plans, click view/edit on the one you wish to cancel then scroll to the bottom of the page where there is a link to cancel.

I can't see any evidence that your plan was cancelled by you prior to the renewal payment attempts.
