C3 Jam - [Concluded]

My 7 year old just submitted a game for the game Jam. He made the concept, artwork, and everything except he needed his 13 year old brother to help him make it recognize finding 3 castles which fits the threes theme <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile">

He is really proud and excited about submitting his first game. Words of encouragement / comments on his game would be much appreciated.

narFsnw's and mikesnorth's games get stuck loading for me.

damjancd , is the broccoli the only draggable vegetable? Can't click-drag the other two, they also don't get stuck to the broccoli unless i keep hitting them together fast.

cangelodawg , I found the 3 castles- looks like a good start. maybe some thing moving that you have to dodge would add to the fun.

I think I make it in time. It's called "TIG-ABA-RIS", a puzzle punching game.

For a lot of these games I'm getting several of the same errors in the console:

This causes the loading process to get stuck.

The jam license just ended four hours before the end of the jam, so I guess that means I'm out. Would've loved to have finished this thing...

Same problem Jam license is over 4 hours before the end of the jam... 4 hours needed to finish what was missing and export it... that's pretty sad Ashley .

I am glad I exported a version earlier today... guess that will be the final version. Now I cannot get my Newgrounds account verified because they won't seem to send the verification email.

I just exported my last audio track to implement into my game, but it's all for nothing it seems. Tom Any fix? Ashley

Ashley - let me just say that I'm disappointed with the trick you played on us with the timezone. I have checked on Newgrounds in the Jam rules that the timezone was not Greenwich (which you obviously used), but rather EST.

Silly me , I wasted another hour trying to figure out what was wrong with a seemingly broken export - the application does not notify about the deadline, and I kept attempting re-exporting and trying to figure out what is wrong. Only re-launching C3 revealed the problem.

EDIT: +1 to extending the Jam for another 24h.

My team really needs these last hours for implementing audio and balancing some numbers. Hopefully if it takes too long for us to receive the license back we can have a few extra hours when they finally notice it.
