Nice clean graphics, and a simple and fun game. It has inspired me, and I shall now spend the rest of my weekend attempting to catch fish with a plunger.

One thing - I'd suggest making the upgrades apply to every round, not just one. I don't like the idea that it works for just one round, what's the thought behind that?

Well some of the weapons are very powerful, like the strong pull. Having it last every round would make the game really easy.

However, I might make it an upgrade process for some of the power ups and make them permanent.
