I've enjoyed watching this game evolve. I really like that trail/movement effect.

Would you be willing to give me a simple example of how that works? I've been looking for something similar, really like the multi-directional dash but I have yet to see a tutorial.

New idle stance in non-combat zones (similar to Secret of Mana) - and level editing is dialed in with Tiled. Next, going to implement a dialog system.

I want to play this! Looks fantastic. I also really dig the palette.

I'll try to make a short tutorial showing how to make this type of dash, but the principle of it is fairly easy.

Hey thanks! Yeah, I've been super bad at showing stuff, I made a devlog update about it on tigsource. Basically, we've been working hard and are planning on making a sassy trailer soon!
