So this might get a little easier. There are like 20 apps out there for managing TFF ->Bitmap fixed width stuff. But I think ShoeBox might have done it.

It's not in yet, but I think what you do is import a png with all the letters on it, it creates a sprite sheet from it, fixed width and spacing. Perfect no matter what font you use.

The screen shot looks like it's centering them, rather than left justify. But maybe I'm missing the point.
Do you mean for the Sprite font plugin, or just doing text as sprites?
Are you converting Bitmap images, or TrueType Fonts? if it is TrueType, have you played with Blackhornet's sprite font maker?

It's an AIR archive. So you need Adobe AIR. Give that a shot.
