Something unusual happening

This is something I experienced and wondering if this is my doing in any way.

How come I can't spawn an object from spawners outside of my layout into my playing area?

It goes the same if I want to move forward into my playing area. I noticed my object needs

to be touching the layout in order for move forward to work. Please advise me.

You can span objects anywhere but if you have them set to be destroyed if off the layout then they will never spawn or be destroyed instantly.
