How do I Make smooth scrool to with little delay

Hello i would like to ask how can i make the scrool to behaviour more smooth. So it starts slower and ends slower. like easy in and easy out Hope i explained it well .

You can use lerp or MagiCam plugin (highly recommend for any camera movements)
