Unfortunately, no. Only the common image's extensions for web. Take look at the supported image files in the editor to figure out.

psd are photoshop files, very common graphic files for images with multi-layers
from there you can export layers to png or other format
if you dont have photoshop you can use "gimp" to open them
but not all the photoshop effects work
