Hey I want to ask you if there's any spritemaker software that would help in making better sprites. Please I don't want pixelated sprites like guygale or something...

What do you mean by sprite maker software? All artists I work with use Illustrator or Photoshop to make sprites.

Hmmm... I'm not sure what do mean by "better?"

If by "better" you mean "easier," there are a ton of professional vector and paint programs out there that make certain tasks less complicated. ArcadEd mentioned a couple popular ones.

There's also Flash, CorelDraw, Painter, Inkscape, Sketchbook Pro, iDraw, DrawPlus... to name a few more. There's also a ton of tutorials online if you want to teach yourself how to better use the software. Try DeviantArt or Tuts+.
