Can Construct make game like surviving highschool?

I'm new here and just curious whether it's possible to make a game like Surviving Highschool by Construct2. It's a text based game with nice graphic. Other text based game engines don't allow us to put such nice graphic which makes us feel like watching a tv show. So, I'm just wondering will it be possible to try to make a game like this by construct2?

it can, however for me and may for some, I believe making dialogues and message box in construct 2 with ease, are very tricky task, i hope Ashley will make a standard support for this feature, it's very important for rpg and visual novel type games <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
